Partners In Homecare Inc., a Minnesota-based nonprofit corporation, is the founder of a virtual marketplace where the supply and demand of caregiving staff are strategically matched. It was founded in December 2022 and was launched in November 2023.
It's proprietary web application program, ProAccess360, designed by its clinical team, is a free technology-based tool available to Case Managers, Case Workers, Social Workers, and private individuals (demand) allowing them the opportunity to instantly connect with PCA/Homecare Agencies that have real-time available caregivers ready to work (supply).
